The full moon is rising in the east, visible even though it's still daylight. At this time of the year the air can get crystal clear with no heat haze. It's then that we have seen mountains we never knew were there. In the far distance are some wonderful mountains several of them still have snow caps. In the photo above the sun is just setting and the mountain tops went blood red.

Today work went well. We put on the mainsail, all the sails are now back in place. I traced a loose wire in our largest solar panel's electrical junction box. Fae worked on repairing the leak in the Zodiac dingy. I was toiling away at the twin Yamaha engines. I changed the spark plugs, then the oil and replaced the props which had been taken off for the winter. Tomorrow I hope to start both engines and again flush the cooling systems with fresh water and a cleaning agent to remove any salt that built up, last season, inside the pipes.
