Rain again!

Last night we went up to Lizzies Yacht Club, set high on the hill overlooking Trezonia "marina", for a few drinks and a meal. Alison has run the place for several years and it's a must to visit for yacht crew. We talked about going to Navpaktos by bus. Alison was going as well so she kindly offered to take us by car. In the morning we met to catch the 10.15 ferry to the mainland. As I walked through the village an elderly Greek man offered me a basket with small pieces of Easter bread. The ferry trip took about ten minutes. From there we jumped into Alison's car for the 20 minutes drive to town.

The weather was unsettled and it began to rain.
After we had been dropped off we walked towards the castle hill, passing Easter lambs for sale as tomorrow is Good Friday. Easter is a very important Greek religious and family celebration.
